About the role

This role will drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and optimisation of Hytech's cross-border finance and international settlement products. The Product Specialist will shape product vision, define requirements, and lead multi-team collaboration to deliver high-quality product enhancements that elevate customer experience and operational efficiency. Their work will be grounded in financial market insights, data analysis, and user feedback, ensuring continuous iteration and competitive differentiation in a fast-evolving fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, design, and full lifecycle operation of cross-border finance/international settlement products, formulating product strategies and iteration requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the customer experience of the system, lead the creation and acceptance of product requirement documents (PRD), ensuring product features and user experience meet expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive product development progress, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Track financial market trends and industry dynamics, combine policy information and market analysis reports to drive product iteration.
  • Use data analysis (LTV, retention rate, conversion funnel) to identify operational issues and continuously improve product features and user experience through A/B testing, user research, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, in relevant fields such as Financial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cross-border payment/international settlement/fintech product operations, familiar with transaction processes and market mechanisms.
  • Familiar with agile development processes, with project management skills.
  • Strong ability in financial market analysis and strategy formulation, with a focus on policy dynamics.
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin to handle regional stakeholders from counterparts in Taiwan and China
