NTT GDC is seeking an In-Life Project Planning - Project Manager to join its Engineering Operations team which is responsible for supporting the operational capex planning requirement of the Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysian and Thailand regions in line with NTT GDC policies and procedures.
The In-Life Project Planning - Project Manager in conjunction with the In-Life Project Delivery Leader will coordinate and facilitate In-Life projects across the regional cluster listed above.
In-Life Project Planning - Project Manager will work to ensure projects are planned on time, correctly and to budget. They will clearly communicate project status and business risks to all key stakeholders.
In-Life Project Planning - Project Manager will work with all the regional teams to ensure that the Zero Outage mentality, processes and procedures are maintained in the field of project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Intake and Gathering for current and future fiscal year projects
- Develop, organize, manage and track overall global operational capex budgets for current and future fiscal years
- Author, submit and track all project approvals with Finance, Investment Property manager and executive partners. Work with Fixed Assets to identify and retire old assets for replacement projects
- Author, submit and guide all project contracts and purchase order commitments and changes with Sourcing, Legal and Procurement
- Provide and support project Change Management assessments with Delivery team members during execution phase
- Manage final closure work with Fixed Assets for assets and equipment to go live or place in service,
- Provide and update Monthly Capex Reviews FP&A, Ops Business Management and Regional Operations Execution Team with Invoice Review
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand project requirements, expectations, timelines and changes during intake process and beyond
- Produce project prioritization and assessment with Finance, Investment Property Managers and all Department Stakeholders
- Foster positive relationships and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder feedback, address concerns, and negotiate changes when necessary.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management
- PMP Qualification preferred
Required Experience
- Project Management experience with commercial specialty and/or general construction firms
- Experience in delivering construction retro-fit projects in active mission critical environments (hospital, higher education, data centers, emergency response centers, etc.)
- Seasoned demonstrable experience working in a similar position in a global organization
- Seasoned experience overseeing projects through the full life cycle
- Seasoned demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business
- Seasoned stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organization
- Seasoned experience operationally managing a team
