We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to manage internal IT projects across the organisation, ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones within agreed timelines and budgets
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution
- Monitor resource capacity and utilisation for optimal delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and expectations
- Ensure governance compliance including scope, change, risk, issue management, and reporting
- Conduct regular project meetings, including steering committee updates
- Provide accurate and timely status reports to senior management
- Support and mentor junior project managers where required
- Drive change management and encourage adoption of project deliverables
What You Bring
Must-have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, scope changes, and project resets
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities
