Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Insurance domain experience to manage and deliver IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery in the Insurance domain.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with business teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations.
  • Follow Agile / Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and business requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as Project Manager in Insurance projects.
  • Knowledge of Insurance domains such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance.
  • Experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
