About The Job
- Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces.
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, and on-site construction teams.
- Ensure projects align with the company's human-centric design philosophy and core values.
- Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Implement strategies that align with ESG principles, focusing on sustainability and well-being.
About The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces, FnB, retail & hospitality
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
About The Manager/team
