Project Manager-IT Software

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for mobile banking initiatives, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Implement and champion Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) to improve delivery speed and team collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and risk management policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in mobile banking platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile banking platforms, digital payments, and fintech trends.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
