Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Client Requirements & Solution Design:

- Clearly identify and document client business scenarios and data-related challenges.

- Engage with senior client executives (CIO, COO, Head of Data) to clarify and confirm project requirements.

- Collaborate closely with technical partners (e.g., Shushi Technology) to create tailored PoC proposals and implementation plans.

• Project Delivery & Implementation:

- Oversee full project lifecycle management including planning, resource allocation, risk management, execution, and final delivery.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data governance frameworks, knowledge graphs, intelligent data quality solutions, and AI-driven analytics.

- Clearly communicate project milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.

• Cross-team Coordination:

- Coordinate effectively between internal project teams and external technical partners.

- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between local clients and international technology providers.

• Team Building & Talent Development:

- Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to building future team capabilities.

- Foster a growth-oriented team culture with emphasis on continuous learning and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance related fields, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related fields.

• Work Experience:

- More than 3 years experience managing data governance, data analytics, BI, or AI-related projects.

- Minimum 6 years experience in Financial Related Industry

• Project Management:

- Proven track record of managing 2-3 end-to-end data or AI project implementations.

• Language Skills:

- Excellent command of English and Mandarin

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
