Key Responsibilities- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage site administration, including construction contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve site issues, including non-conformance, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Plan and manage materials to avoid delays and ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
- Attend and lead site, technical, and coordination meetings.
- Prepare regular progress reports, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review delivery orders and coordinate with procurement for materials.
- Ensure proper site setup, facilities, and compliance before project commencement.
- Handle official correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage project documentation in line with company procedures.
- Monitor variations and changes in project scope and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Good knowledge of project management practices and site operations.
