Project Manager - Manufacturing (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager - Manufacturing (Mandarin Speaking) to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage NPI and manufacturing-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead project meetings/milestone reviews.
• Track action items and ensure timely closure.
• Identify and manage risks related to technical, supply chain, quality, and cost.
• Provide regular project updates, risks, and recommendations to management.
• Drive projects from NPI / 0-to-1 product introduction through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Experience in new energy, battery, automotive, or high-end manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience managing complete NPI projects from 0-to-1 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or SAP PM is preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
• Good command of English is preferred.
