Project Manager (MEP Data Centre | Project Owner)

• Lead and manage MEP projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Manage construction activities, including installation, testing & commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to support project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, proposals, and procurement requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in project management for Data Centres or Mission-Critical Facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction project management.
• Hands-on experience managing projects from construction through testing & commissioning and handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based in Banting.
