Location: Sedenak Tech Park and Dayone Nusajaya Tech Park (Johor)
This role acts as the primary liaison with clients, ensures smooth communication, manages project progress, coordinates internal teams, and oversees acceptance and payment processes.
We are looking for a proactive leader capable of independently managing construction engineering projects while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the main communication bridge with client management teams
- Manage overall project progress and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Supervise engineering activities related to IDC/M&E/infrastructure.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, project acceptance, and documentation.
- Follow up on billing milestones and payment collection.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing business needs.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience independently managing construction engineering or M&E-related projects (IDC/Data Center/infrastructure experience preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of infrastructure/M&E systems such as power distribution, UPS, HVAC/CRAC, fire & low-voltage systems is an advantage.
