About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to be based in our office located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful outcomes against defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource plans that align customer requirements with business objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout all project phases, from initiation through closure.
  • Track project progress against plan and provide regular, structured reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proactively manage communication across all project stakeholders, identifying risks and issues early, driving timely resolution, and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Manage project budgets and provide analysis and actionable recommendations relating to cost, resource utilization, and return on investment.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and changes through a structured governance process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, staying informed of industry trends and customer needs to anticipate future project requirements.

Requirement:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the IT, telecommunications, or technology services industry.
  • Network Integration Knowledge is preferred: Experience delivering solutions involving SD-WAN, MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and comprehensive enterprise cloud networking
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Agile or ITIL frameworks is a good to have.
