Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our new implementation initiatives/development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700+, and proven capability in managing ERP projects or IT managed services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage endtoend application maintenance or implementation projects or development projects, ensuring timely and highquality delivery.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (developers, QA, support, etc.) to achieve project goals.

Communicate project status and updates to clients, serving as the main point of contact.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project documentation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor performance metrics to ensure project objectives are met and comply with quality standards and client expectations.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance with company and industry standards.

Facilitate meetings, conduct status reviews, and oversee postimplementation support.

Requirements

3+ years of project management experience (preferably in application maintenance or IT services).

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

English proficiency (written & spoken).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Tools) is a plus.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have / Plus Points)

Experience in ERP SAP implementation projects (big plus).

Experience with SAP FICO module (strong advantage).

Experience working with global teams or in multicultural environments.
