Project Manager

We're looking for someone who can bridge systems and real-world operations, ensuring ERP implementation translates into seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning, RFP development, vendor selection, implementation to closure
• Drive and manage the RFP process, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and vendor selection
• Ensure alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Oversee ERP and related system implementations, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs
• Integrate systems effectively into day-to-day operations and workflows to ensure practical usability
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition during system implementation
• Monitor service delivery performance (e.g., timeliness, accuracy, quality) during and post-implementation
• Identify and resolve gaps between system design and real operational execution
• Act as the bridge between business, operations, and technology teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
• Manage stakeholders and lead governance forums (e.g., Steering Committees)
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and service delivery

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Proven experience leading RFP processes and vendor selection
• Strong experience in ERP and large-scale system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, POS, or similar platforms)
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives, including system integration and process optimisation
• Experience in operations-driven environments (e.g., aviation, logistics, service delivery) preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
• Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with operational workflows to drive efficiency and service quality
• Experience working with vendors, contracts, and external partners
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Ability to manage both project delivery and operational impact
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage
