Overseeing all the road construction project's completion status at the region, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
As the point of contact for the client for projects progress status, progressive claims and project discussion of any variation.
Represent the company in dealing with Ministry of Public Work and Sub contractor.
Dealing with contractors for contract review, price negotiation and performance monitoring.
Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project.
Creates a budget for the completion of a particular job, and monitors the amount of money spent in order to ensure the project does not exceed this amount
Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results
Develops an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail
Ensure company sites assets are in good condition, safety & cleanliness, minimize material wastage

REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil ) or equivalent
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Road construction experience is an advantage
Required Language (s) : English.Frenchis an advantage.
Candidate will act as a Project Management for this job position.
