Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Oversee and manage building construction projects from commencement through to completion.
Lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures where necessary.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, site coordination and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor project costs and work closely with the contracts and commercial teams on variations and claims.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates on project progress, key issues and milestones.
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in managing building construction projects with an established main contractor.
Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, institutional or other building projects are welcome to apply.
