We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Industry 4.0 projects, focusing on the implementation of digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background inproject management, Industry 4.0 technologies, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Industry 4.0 projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles, with afocus on Industry 4.0 projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects ontime, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including project planning,resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Certification in project management, such as IPMA Level-C, PMP orPRINCE2, is an advantage.
- Experience in project management such as agile, scrum, PMP, etc
- Experiences in Web application and database development/implementation
- Experiences and familiarity in manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, robotics,and data analytics.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
