Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach.
- Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).
- Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs) .
- Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
- Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
- Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics).
- Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C) mandatory.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience & Thereof 4 years of leading projects.
- Has very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
- Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
- Able to lead team to solve complex problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA).
