about the job

  • Lead and manage end-to-end property development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines, and resource plans aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Review and approve project designs, technical specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct regular site visits, track construction milestones, and provide timely progress reports to senior management.
  • Manage project handover processes, including quality inspections, defect rectifications, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and cost-efficiency.

skills or qualifications required

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 in managing end-to-end property development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
