about the job
- Lead and manage end-to-end property development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines, and resource plans aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Review and approve project designs, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct regular site visits, track construction milestones, and provide timely progress reports to senior management.
- Manage project handover processes, including quality inspections, defect rectifications, and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and cost-efficiency.
skills or qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 7 in managing end-to-end property development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
