Responsible to coordinate and supervise the project implementation, to ensure the project carry out on time and smoothly;
Responsible to follow up project schedule, to communicate with clients and ensure the solution of related problems;
Responsible to lead and coordinate the team, personal training and day to day management, to keep the team motivated;
Responsible for project task review and summary of implementation; Monitor and inspect the collection of project information;
Direct the project process and take proper measures to ensure that project progresses on schedule;
Responsible for project schedule, risk control, resource scheduling, early warning and backup emergency plan;
To receive and manager client requirements, according to the importance of client and the actual analysis of difference requirements, combine with the internal resources, feedback and tracking the solution for the requirements;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Computing, Communication Engineering, Logistics, Automation;
At least three years experience in project management, experience in WMS, Automation System Technology will be a plus;
Good at business requirement analysis and software design, rich experience in logistics, supply chain and related areas;
A team work player with a strong work ethic, be able to work in a high pressure environment;
Excellent ability in communication and good team participation;
Familiar with project management tools, solid background in technical ability, experience in warehousing software development, experience in related R&D process, product development process and quality control process is preferred;
PMP, CSM, CSP certification is preferred;
Solid knowledge of TOC, related experience is preferred.
