Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management across multiple domains.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are preferred.
