We're looking for a proactive leader to drive project delivery with strong outcomes in time, cost, quality, safety, and environment. You'll coordinate with stakeholders, guide teams, and ensure compliance with standards while managing risks and opportunities for success.
Your Key Accountabilities
- To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
- To consult and cooperate with HOD, Senior Managers, UPCM as well as Authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks.
- To direct, supervise and develop teams capabilities to ensure productive and effective project Management team manpower plans.
- To monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with the company standards and its effectiveness.
- To monitor and advise contractors as well as consultants work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management outcome.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification : Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.
- Experience : Minimum 6 10 years of experience, with minimal 2-3 years of managerial capacity in construction management or Project Management.
- Technical Skills : Possess knowledge and/or familiar with Quality & Environmental Management System, Schedule Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact and Environmental Legal & Other Requirement.
