Project Planning & Execution
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmap
- Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across data, technology, and reporting teams
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain robust governance and reporting frameworks
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the single point of contact for business and technology stakeholders
- Drive alignment across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams
- Manage engagement with vendors such as Wolters Kluwer and other platform providers
Delivery Oversight
- Oversee all phases: requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Ensure effective execution of SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
- Track defects, ensure resolution, and manage release readiness
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, Liquidity, Capital Reporting, etc.)
- Support validation and reconciliation of reports post-upgrade
- Facilitate audit and compliance reviews
Requirements
- Good experience in project or program management
Project Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale regulatory reporting or finance transformation projects
- Strong delivery track record in system upgrades or platform migrations
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Platform Experience
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- OneSumX (Regulatory Reporting / Risk / Finance modules)
- AxiomSL
- Moody's Analytics Regulatory Reporting
- SAS Regulatory Reporting
- Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
- SAP Financial Services Data Platform
Technical Understanding
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and financial data models
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Tier 1 banks or global financial institutions
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
- Experience with vendor-led implementations or upgrades
