Project Management & Business Analyst Lead (AML) – Contract Role

A consulting leadership role driving AML-related transformation initiatives for a financial services client. This position will lead end-to-end project delivery, bridging business and technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of AML systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AML transformation projects
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation processes
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate UAT, change management, and training activities
• Act as liaison between AML operations, IT teams, and external vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in project management and business analysis
• Experience delivering AML or financial services transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project tools
