Job Description
- . Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
- . Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
- . Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- . Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
- . Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
- . Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
- . Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
- Job Requirements
- . Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- . Minimum 5-10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
- . Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
