Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Commerce, Law & Commerce or any related field with 7 years of experience in similar role is required for this position.
- Skills of managing and supervising a regional team/branch
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Manager (CMP) certification or any equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Possess advanced knowledge in risk identification and risks treatment as per ISO 31000 and ISO/IEC 27005 standards which entails solid experience in developing and implementing both contingency plans, project risks and strategic risks assessments and mitigation exercise.
- Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Offices for reporting and spontaneous data analysis
- Proficient or advanced skills and adept in using Microsoft Project or JIRA to communicate and disseminate information effectively to all stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of using PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent software for data, financial and resource analysis in monitoring overall project delivery and budgets.
- Proficient in utilizing basic diagramming tools (i.e. flowcharts or BPMN) to describe and devise customised project workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate business process related to project operations and recommend an improvement on new or existing projects
- Advanced and adept in change control processes in both traditional and agile development practices
- Excellent and strong communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely is highly advantageous
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop actionable insights for financial, projects and resource management based monitored overall project delivery and progress.
- Intellectually capable with strong reasoning, analytical, strategizing, attention to detail, and problem- solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrate project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with proven and demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to take the initiative across all project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or in any related field.

Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor business impact analysis and risk assessment to the asset and process regularly to develop risk management strategies and implement risk mitigation measures regarding to project involved.
- Based on specification mentioned regarding project/ task as per task assignment/ contract for service/ employment contract/ service agreement/ secondment agreement.
- Execute following task (but not limited to):
- Responsible for the overall management of the project with Silentmode clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage other line managers to ensure smooth project deliverables.
- Responsible to ensure successful project implementation and delivery and is also responsible to prepare the relevant project documentations.
- Responsible to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Responsible to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Communicate and provide periodic reports to the top management on, among others the status, progress, issues, and update of all projects.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc assignment by the Project Management Unit.
- To ensure OSH/HSSE implementation, documentation, and activities comply with the OSH/HSSE Documentation, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and internal process requirements, including oversight of operational personnel involved in any activity.
- To review HSSE reports, incident investigations, risk assessments, safety briefings, and audit results to ensure non-conformities and corrective actions are monitored, tracked, and closed within agreed timelines.
- To ensure personnel involved in any operational activity receive required OSH/HSSE awareness or briefing and verify readiness before commencement of activities.
