Project Manager - Supply Chain Engineering
Job Description
The Project Manager – Supply Chain Engineering is responsible for a delivering a broad range of supply chain transformation projects with a core focus on infrastructure and automation as we build towards next generation factory and warehouse facilities. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, driving cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time, and within budget.

- Manage supply chain engineering projects (infrastructure and automation), ensuring alignment with our quality system, regulations, customer requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to define strategic objectives and monitor outcomes.
- Establish and maintain clear commercial targets and design concepts as guiding principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across functional areas to enable sound business decision-making.
- Form and lead cross-functional teams by strategically allocating resources, setting milestones, and aligning team members skills with project needs.
- Provide perspective into enhancement of ResMed's project management Management and Governance systems.
- Plan and manage project budgets in line with ROI targets; provide recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
- Deliver timely assessments on project viability and highlight critical path dependencies and risks.
- Lead matrix-managed teams by clearly articulating goals, managing performance, and promoting accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- PMP certification
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or warehouse systems and automation
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage scheduling, cost, and performance of design projects.
- Effective change management skills to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage competing priorities and stakeholder interests.
- Track record of delivering projects aligned with time-to-market objectives.
- At least 5yrs active project management experience.
- Broad commercial experience across multiple business functions.
- Strong bias towards project delivery discipline
