Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • IT Project Manager of Anti-Money Laundering System who manage the delivery and operations of the system.
  • Proven experience in IT solution architecture and design.
  • Provides technical leadership to the technical team members in support of development, implementation, maintenance and operations of application systems / IT solution include local and regional.
  • Manage business stakeholders and align technical resources in achieving project objectives.
  • Lead and take ownership in driving the strategy to meet the business strategic plan.
  • The implementation of IT project / solution is to meet the business strategic plan (including business transformation, business growth, operational efficiency, etc.) and compliance requirements. This role is to support new AMLA solution in the Bank as well as manage the existing IT-owned initiatives.

Job Descriptions:

  • Enhancing understanding of business functionality and reviewing functional and technical design with users and specialists.
  • Thorough testing, peer review (program codes review).
  • Formulate comprehensive test plan, test contents including SIT and performance test.
  • Review system design and operation flow to identify potential root cause and propose recovery actions and/or permanent resolution. Prompt escalation of problems not within internal controls for management attention and decision.
  • Review system performance statistics periodically, propose and implement performance tuning or improvement plan including review and redesign system if necessary. Prompt escalation of performance issues not within internal controls for management attention and decision.
  • Participate in user activities to understand user work processes better.
  • Be guided by the established guidelines/policies published under IT Security, QM and Audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in leading medium to large projects.
  • Domain: AMLA/CDD/Compliance applications
  • Has experience in leading solution architecture and design.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT project/operations which includes Application Support and Infra Knowledge of Server Setup/Network/Automation/Storage/Backup/ Database
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus in managing projects from initiation to closure.
  • Understanding in project management processes and methodologies including common roles and responsibilities and able to manage end-to-end project delivery/support.
  • Expertise in identifying business process improvements and improving Oracle FCCM functionalities to achieve business objectives.
  • Technical aptitude, basic knowledge and experience across Oracle applications, information, technology, and process domains.
  • Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management.
