Lead the project team to ensure successful project delivery and act as the primary person responsible for project delivery.

Job Requirements:
Proficient in Chinese and English as working languages; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
Possess project management experience in automotive electronics, software development or design-related projects.
Strong management and communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness.
Strong comprehension ability and capability to collaborate across departments and functions.
Key Challenges:
Request Management: For design products, the uncertainty and changes in requirements pose significant challenges.
Business background: Evaluate whether the person has knowledge or understanding of automotive development, automotive electronics development, design, and software development.
Communication and Conflict Resolution: Assess the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts both internally (within the team or company) and externally (with customers and partners).
