Project Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for aligning with clients on agreed business objectives and clear business prospects, defining project scope, and promptly tracking and managing changes to the requirement scope throughout project execution.

2. Responsible for organizing project stakeholders to conduct project planning, formulate the process standards, guidelines and methods to be referenced during project planning and implementation, keep track of the progress and plan changes, identify project risks and issues, and resolve them in a timely manner, so as to ensure the achievement of product quality, schedule, cost and service objectives.

3. Responsible for controlling project costs and selecting the most appropriate resource allocation.

4. Responsible for proposing communication plans with clients, keeping track of client satisfaction in a timely manner, supervising the adaptive improvement of projects, and enhancing client satisfaction.

5. Responsible for on-site monitoring and technical support during project initiation and delivery.

6. Responsible for project team building and employee development to maintain the team's combat effectiveness.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, a major in computer science, communications or a related field is preferred

2At least 2-3 years of experience in software development/testing project management (leading a team of 10+ members), with on-site client management experience preferred

3. Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and a result-oriented mindset

4. Familiar with project management related tools (Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio)

5. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and Mandarin.
