Project Manager

Job Requirements

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs, ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams while driving adherence to delivery governance, standards, and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and project stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reviews, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving escalations effectively.
• Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams, fostering collaboration among development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, managing project issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining delivery quality.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines, driving quality assurance activities and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure solution quality, supporting Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Program Management, or Technology Operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• ITIL certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
