  1. Project Coordination: Planning, scheduling, and managing sales projects, setting goals, and monitoring progress.
  2. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, and order processing.
  3. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Managing project documentation, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  5. Communication: Facilitating communication between different departments and ensuring all parties are informed of project updates.
  6. Quality Control: Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across departments and with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required to support regional clients and partners.
