Use practical & innovative ways to identify and penetrate targeted segments such as Architects, Consultants, MVAC Contractors direct model.
Ability to utilize experience and understanding of the development sector to execute the company's sales & business objectives.
Coordinate activities as aligned with corporate directions on pricing, delivery, and sales channels to drive individual sales strategies to achieve optimum results for the company.
Promote product to the developer, and contractor and specify in the project market.
Conduct product presentations to external customers to increase market penetration and awareness.
Organize & executive daily sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Handle timely collections by monitoring customer aging.
Forecast sales to enable operation planning.
Close sales for dealing with government authorities, schools, mosques etc. Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants and etc.
Attend to customers inquiries and preparation of sales proposals, quotations, Auto-cad design drawings for submission, attend site meetings, handover, and inspections.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Preferably from HVAC Industry and experience in interacting with M&E Consultants, Contracts and End Users.
Must have auto-CAD drawing skill.
Office is located atTaman Ekoperniaagan, JB.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
