About The Role
We are hiring a Project Market Sales Executive to manage and grow project-based sales in Pahang. This outdoor sales role focuses on engaging developers, main contractors, and consultants, handling long sales cycles, and supporting tenders and specification-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project sales for metal roofing and building materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants
- Handle BQ, tender submissions, and specification requirements
- Identify new project opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Follow up on quotations and support long-cycle project closures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or above
- Experience in construction, building materials, or metal roofing strongly preferred
- Familiar with project sales, BQ, tender, or specification processes
- Existing network with developers or contractors is an advantage
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and regional travel
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
