Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Sales Manager in a hybrid working environment, preferably based in North region of Malaysia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading and overseeing tender preparation, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients until securing the order. The role also requires staying updated on market trends, providing reports on sales forecasts and performance, and achieving sales goals while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive projects and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Project management skills, including experience in planning, coordinating, and executing workflows.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and market research techniques.
• Experience in the industry relevant to PLC, HMI, SCADA system, Low voltage and instrumentations.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude, highly knowledgeable of latest relevant industry product, solution and system.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Automation) or equivalent with minimum 5 years of Project Sales experience is preferred.
