We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Excellence (OE) team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to understand how operations function at scale in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Job Description
- As part of the Operations Excellence Projects Team, you will work on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives that cut across Customer Service, Risk Operations, Onboarding, Collections, and other business-critical areas. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who is analytical, process-oriented, and adaptable.
- You will be expected to support high-impact problem solving, often in ambiguous or fast-changing situations, and contribute to a variety of initiatives that may range from process redesign and performance tracking to workflow documentation and cross-functional coordination.
- While no two weeks may look the same, a consistent part of your role will be using data to surface insights, identify process gaps, and guide improvements.
- You will also help drive a more structured and scalable operations environment by ensuring visibility, alignment, and execution across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills able to work with data using Excel, dashboards, or SQL to extract insights
- Process-minded curious about how things work and how to make them better through SOPs, workflows, and controls
- Highly organized can manage trackers, timelines, and documentation independently
- Effective communicator comfortable working with both frontline teams and presenting insights to senior managers
- Fast learner picks up business context quickly and asks the right questions to move forward
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in regulated or high-ops environments (e.g. fintech, e-money, banking, e-commerce)
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools
- Familiarity with dashboarding or automation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Zapier)
- Experience in roles such as operations, business analysis, strategy, CRM, or customer lifecycle projects
