Job Description (JD)

  • Project Management
  • Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets to ensure successful delivery and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure project outcomes meet business and compliance requirements.
  • May be required to assist with other strategic or operational projects as needed, depending on business priorities and resource availability.
  • Business Analysis
  • Conduct process mapping and gap analysis
  • Document and refine business requirements, including LOS integration points.
  • Experience with digital lending workflows and compliance
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Test planning and execution
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and AI validation
  • Experience in UAT coordination and defect triage

Note: This is primarily a Project Manager role, with additional responsibilities in business analysis and testing coordination

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

  • Min 5 years experience in project delivery with exposure in automation/AI projects
  • Strong Project management skills stakeholder & vendor management, budgeting & resource planning
  • Effective Leadership & Collaboration 0
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities essentially hybrid roles management.
  • Experience in financial services or digital transformation is a plus.
