We are hiring for multiple positions for the SEPCOIII project site located in Kuala Perlis, Perlis, Malaysia. Hostels/Accommodation are provided for out-of-town workers. Fluency in English and Chinese is requiredfor all roles to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders and management teams.

Available Roles, Job Scope & Monthly Salaries:

1. Technical Staff (Drawing / Document Control) | MYR 5,500 – MYR 6,500

• Job Scope: Manage receipt, tracking, archiving, and version control of construction drawings as a Document Controller. Handle CAD updates and site administration data.

• Requirements: Experienced in document control/drawing management, proficient in AutoCAD.

2. Contract / Procurement Management | MYR 6,000 – MYR 7,000

• Job Scope: Handle material/equipment procurement, subcontract negotiations, progress claims, quantity surveying (QS duties), and cost tracking.

• Requirements: Familiar with Malaysian procurement, local tax/SST rules, and contract drafting.

3. M&E Engineering Management | MYR 5,500 – MYR 6,500

• Job Scope: Oversee site mechanical and electrical installations. Coordinate site testing, inspections, and liaison with local utility authorities (TNB, JBA, BOMBA).

• Requirements: Mechanical/Electrical site supervisor experience, familiar with local authority submission procedures.

4. Decoration / Fit-Out Site Management | MYR 5,500 – MYR 6,500

• Job Scope: Supervise internal wall setups, flooring, ceiling, doors, and facade finishes. Manage architectural fit-out inspections and defect rectifications.

• Requirements: Experience in building/factory architectural finishes and structural fit-outs.

5. Materials & Equipment Controller | MYR 5,000 – MYR 6,000

• Job Scope: Manage warehouse inventory, material inbound/outbound logs, site logistics coordination, and crane/machinery maintenance logs.

• Requirements: Organized, familiar with site warehouse keeper workflows and logistics tracking.

6. Site Health & Safety Officer (SHO) | MYR 8,000 – MYR 10,000

• Job Scope: Serve as the site HSE Manager, oversee overall health & safety compliance under DOSH and CIDB, prepare HIRARC, and manage safety records.

• Requirements: Valid DOSH SHO Green Book holder, independent site safety management experience.

7. Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) | MYR 7,500 – MYR 8,500

• Job Scope: Conduct daily site safety inspections, supervise high-risk operations (lifting, scaffolding, working at heights), and enforce site PPE rules.

• Requirements: Valid DOSH SSS Yellow Book / Certificate holder, field-oriented supervisor experience.

8. QA/QC Quality Management | MYR 5,500 – MYR 6,500

• Job Scope: Perform multi-disciplinary site quality inspections, manage concrete test cube records, witness sample testing, and close out non-conformance reports as a Quality Inspector.

• Requirements: Firm principles, familiar with local QA/QC architectural and civil standards.

9. CCC Documentation Specialist | MYR 6,500 – MYR 7,500

• Job Scope: Manage the end-to-end collection, preparation, and assembly of statutory documentation required for the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) with local councils.

• Requirements: Must have proven experience closing out local authority CCC submission processes successfully.

10. Logistics & Administration Executive | MYR 4,500 – MYR 5,000

• Job Scope: Coordinate project site office administration, staff hostel accommodation, catering coordination, site vehicle fleet management, and local vendor sourcing.

• Requirements: Strong organization skills, good operational communication.
