Description

We are seeking an experienced Projects Director to oversee and lead our project management team in India. The ideal candidate will have 18-20 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
