Job Description
We are seeking a Projects, Partnerships & Grant Specialist to support the coordination and execution of client projects, partnerships, and grant-related initiatives.
This role is operational and coordination-focused, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and grant requirements are properly managed.
This position is suitable for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Programme Coordination
Support planning, coordination, and execution of consulting, solution, and training projects
Track timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
Coordinate schedules and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
Partnerships Support
Assist in coordinating partnerships with training providers, institutions, and collaborators
Support onboarding and documentation for new partners
Act as a coordination point for partnership-related activities and communications
Grant & Compliance Support
Assist with preparation, submission, and tracking of grant applications
Support documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
Coordinate follow-ups, reviews, and audits related to funded programmes
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain organised records for projects, partners, and grants
Prepare status updates, summaries, and internal reports
Support process improvements for project and grant workflows
Requirements
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in project coordination, partnerships, grants, operations, or administrative roles is an advantage
Familiarity with consulting, training, or professional services environments is a plus
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team
Familiarity with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation platforms); AI tools such as ChatGPT are a bonus but not mandatory
