Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring all activities follow the approved campaign plan and timeline.
- Help maintain the campaign calendar by tracking key dates, deliverables, and activation milestones across markets.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams — including Creative, Social Media, Sales, etc. — to support campaign deliverables and ensure alignment across channels.
- Provide support in working with external partners such as media agencies, influencers, or production vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Help monitor campaign workflows and update internal trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
Campaign Reporting & Insights
- Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to evaluate success metrics such as engagement, conversion, and sales uplift.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to refine future campaign strategies.
- Benchmarks against industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Skills & Experience that WOW US
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus but not required.
- 1–2 years of internship or full-time experience in a marketing, branding, or campaign support role — ideally within the brokerage sector.
- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams.
