Job Description

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and loan documentation, and oversee sub-sale matters.
  • Ensure accurate records in our property software system.
  • Liaise with agents, purchasers, solicitors, and bankers for timely execution of agreements.
  • Support the Senior Manager in leading the administrative team.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in administrative or agency roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..
  • Familiarity with the property industry is a plus.
