Resolve owners issues & follow up with project team & contractors on defect rectification works
- Liaise with authorities for setting up of JMB
Maximise rental and occupancy rate of Commercial properties- Managing tenancy related issues & oversee day to day operation issue at commercial properties
Liaise with property agents to view potential properties
- Manage overall repair & maintenance properties
