JOB SUMMARY
The Property Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the marketing and positioning of the company's property listings to drive enquiries and transactions. This role combines administrative coordination with digital marketing execution, including managing property databases, preparing marketing materials, running campaigns, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsive in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key responsibilities are as follows:
1. PROPERTY LISTINGS & DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and update the master database of property listings with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle and track enquiries from property portals such as Edgeprop and Mudah.
- Maintain and analyse past transaction data to support marketing and sales strategies.
2. MARKETING & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
- Plan, create, and execute property marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ads to generate quality leads.
- Develop and design EDMs, online listings, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and oversee banner printing and other offline marketing materials.
3. MARKETING COLLATERALS & PRESENTATION
- Prepare high-quality info decks, proposals, and property presentations for clients and prospects.
- Create compelling property summaries and listing write-ups tailored for marketing purposes.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with branding and positioned to attract target audiences.
4. MARKET RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE
- Conduct SSM and JUPEM searches to support property verification and marketing accuracy.
- Perform contact research and database building for outreach and lead generation.
- Handle LHDN stamping and related documentation processes when required.
5. TEAM SUPPORT & OPERATIONS
- Collaborate closely with agents to support listing launches and marketing strategies.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing, administrative, and operational tasks.
- Ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and productivity during working hours.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in property marketing, real estate support, or a related field.
- Background in real estate will be a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design/marketing tools (Canva).
- Familiarity with property portals (Edgeprop, Mudah) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for property marketing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
