Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate and carry out the operation of property management services for a group of properties assigned
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
- Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure
- Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance to the contracts terms and conditions
- Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors
- Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification
- Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / NITEC / Building / Property / Facilities / Hotel Management or Technical Certificate
- Relevant 2 years experience in managing condominiums, building, hotel or other service industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Professional and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently
