Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara for Executive/Senior Executive Project Marketing (Property). The role entails managing and executing marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring project timelines are met. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and contributing to sales initiatives. The specialist will also support project planning, monitor progress, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and generate reports to evaluate project outcomes against objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Manager / Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for projects.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyse buyer behaviour, market trends, and preferences to propose impactful marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with creative agencies, consultants, vendors, authorities, and panel bankers to ensure timely delivery of marketing and project-related outcomes.
- Coordinate preparation and rollout of sales and marketing materials for promotions, previews, and launches.
- Monitor marketing expenditures, budgets, and ensure compliance with approved A&P provisions.
- Manage sales launches, promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions, including vendor and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate project handover kits, APDL materials, Borang 7F, NAPIC reporting, bumi quota releases, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Attend to customer and agent enquiries, providing on-site support during events as needed.
- Prepare post-mortem analysis and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and departmental SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High integrity, initiative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to build effective and lasting partnerships with stakeholders.
