Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Executive based in Melaka. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing detailed valuation reports, and performing market research to support accurate assessments. The role also includes collaborating with clients to gather and verify relevant information and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. Strong attention to detail and effective communication with team members and clients are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property valuation techniques, including the ability to prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports.
• Strong research skills to analyze real estate markets and trends, as well as excellent data interpretation capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
• A strong understanding of real estate principles and industry regulations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment.
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Valuation, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in valuation or related real estate fields is a plus.
