Join Etiqa's PROTG program, an initiative designed to give our fresh graduates a platform to gain industrial experience and hone their professional skills as well as expertise. We are looking for PROTG to be a part of our Claims Management team.
During your 8 months with us as PROTG, you will gain professional experience in areas as follows:
- Perform claim assessment with guidance in terms of both individual and group hospital & surgical claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy contract
- Work closely with senior claim assessor and provide assistance when necessary
- Ensure all new medical claims received are registered in the system promptly and accurately for all entities and within the turn-around-time
- Provide accurate speedy, fair and prudent claim decision
- To carry out ad-hoc assignment given by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to all Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A great attention to details, sense of design and experience in working within brand guidelines.
- Good communication & negotiating skills with vendors, liaising with internal/external stakeholders
- Creative, independent, meticulous, resourceful, responsible & a good team player
