Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Health Sciences, or related fields.
Fresh graduate or with less than two (2) years of working experience.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in health products etc
Computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
Willing to learn basic compliance, documentation, and operational processes related to health products.
Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for daily operations.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation such as product records, supplier files, batch documents, and compliance-related paperwork.
Support coordination of health product orders, deliveries, and stock movement with internal teams and vendors.
Assist in arranging meetings, training, product briefings, and promotional activities.
Manage filing systems (physical and digital) in accordance with company procedures and basic regulatory requirements.
Handle internal and external communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a professional manner.
Assist in monitoring office and product-related supplies, including basic inventory records.
Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
